The table, in its original size, which was originally presented as a writing desk, was revisited by Perriand in 1984, and relaunched by Cassina one year later, offering new features to keep pace with contemporary needs. The minimalist design of the frame is revealed in the uniqueness of the chrome finish on the tubular steel uprights and the coloured lacquer finish on the crosspieces.

The series includes tables and low tables, in square and rectangular formats, with top in clear, textured or tinted thermoformed glass and painted trim in the various shades of the Le Corbusier colour palette.
