Roberto Lazzeroni
Lines and volumes typical of a traditional executive desk, as also underlined by the large dimensions of one of the versions in which it is available (220×90). ICS was designed by Roberto Lazzeroni in 1999 originally for a collection of furniture designed primarily for offices and executive environments (which also includes the ICS Tavolino , Tavolo , Consolle , Credenza ).
Formally essential, it is made unique by the sbittato workmanship, which is achieved by overlapping veneers pressed one on top of the other and then machine-milled, to create a sort of knurling. This stylistic choice lends elegance and contributes to Ceccotti Collezioni’s leading role in craftsmanship.
In the L 200 versions, the structure in solid walnut and veneered poplar plywood is enriched by the leather desk top divided into 3 parts.
The base is in satin-finish stainless steel or bronzed brass, which underlines the refinement of the whole.
Available in a 5- or 10-drawer version with three different heights, and one or two side doors equipped with a maple document holder, it expands storage space.
This workstation is increasingly adaptable to individual needs thanks to the option of choosing between different sizes and equipping it with a variety of accessories. Among these is the central typing table, an extension of the table that can be positioned in front of the desk to increase the work area. Crafted from solid walnut and veneered poplar plywood, it features a satin-finish stainless steel base. The pursuit of formal purity is expressed through the presence of a cable outlet on the desk top, with a customizable ring in satin-finish nickel or burnished brass, and cable outlets on the inside of the drawer unit or on the back.
What’s more, the electrical box has a satin-finish steel finish with a hinged panel and is equipped with a LAN, USB, audio, and Schuko socket, transforming ICS into a designer workstation.
