Mate comprises a tray and a low table that turns into a simple foldable side table in the living room or the bedroom. A classic by Achille Castiglioni that, with disarming simplicity, demonstrates the meaning of unity in form and function in design, and elegantly fulfils different decorative roles. Lightweight and easy to move, Mate consists of a foldable base made of natural beech or charcoal-coloured ash, and a tray to be placed wherever it’s needed.
